Mark Rowen - guitars
Mark picked up his first guitar aged 5, painted it blue
and put it behind the sofa for about 3 years. By the age of 14 he had bought
his first electric guitar and has never looked back since.
In 1984 he attended music summer school and received tuition from Soft
Machine guitarist John Etheridge. He then went on to record and perform with
a variety of local bands and has played with many around the Harrogate area.
Mark joined Breathing Space April 2006.
His many and varied guitar playing Influences include Pat Metheny, Todd
Rundgren, Trevor Rabin, Lindsey Buckingham, Robert Fripp and Michael Hedges. |
